Answer Question
Error in Sorter component
I am using PSCAD 5.0.2 version. The Sorter component of the newly added master library does not function properly. I created the following example to check the functionality of the Sorter component. 1. The input signal generates a pulse every 0.1 s, and when a pulse occurs, the random number generator returns an integer between 1 and 6. 2. When a random number is input, the X-Y Transfer Function outputs an array so that the numbers between 1 and 6 do not overlap each other. 3. Sort the array by ascending and descending Sorter. 4. In the figure, the result shows only the items in Array 1.
Logically, the result of ascending order should be the same as the Bf_Sort value, but the two results are different. In addition, when sorting in descending order in reverse order, the values also appear differently than in ascending order. Is this a bug or am I using it wrong? Due to this problem, I am experiencing the problem of capacitor voltage imbalance between MMC submodules.
