Answer Question
Frequency-Dependent Network Equivalent
Hi,
I have set up a frequency-dependent network equivalent (FDNE) in PSCAD, which has one port and a connection to earth. I have chosen Z parameters for the input and linked a file, which looks like that:
! Data file for PSCAD FDN
1
58
!
0.0
78.0366 0.0
1.0
78.0222 -0.0018997
10.0
77.9867 -0.019043
28.0
77.95 -0.053729
...
Normally, this should fit the input standard as given in the help database.
Now my problem is, that it only produces NaNs as output, even though the simulation runs without any problems. Anybody has an idea what's wrong?
The log files look like that:
LOG10(FN) FN Calc./Fitted |Y0| Y011c Y011f Y012c Y012f... [mho]
-Infinity 0.0000000 0.33760269 NaN

1.6627578 46.000000 0.33809291 NaN
....
