Hello
Please follow the following steps to create and edit the definition of a Tline or Cable
1) Right click on the canvas anywhere
2) click on the Create -> Tline menu option
3) When the component wizard comes up, click on finish
4) now drop the TLine (attached to your mouse) on the canvas by click dropping the component
5) Right click on the newly created TLine
6) Select edit Definition from the menu
Now the Tline Definition should open and allow yout to edit and configure everything. If this fails for some reason then you may have other problems such as an incomplete installation of PSCAD. In that case, you will have to send in a support request to support@pscad.com
