PSCAD may be installed as per Section 3.1 of the guide "Installing PSCAD X4", available on the following page:

You must then license the software to use it. Licensing is performed as indicated in the above guide, as follows:
-If the license is installed on your own machine (i.e. not shared from a server via the network), then go to Section 3.2 of the guide.
-If the license is installed on a server, and you will obtain this license via the network, then go to Section 2.5 of the guide.
If you encounter any licensing issues, please send in the information to support@pscad.com as indicated in Section 9 of the guide. Ensure to include your PSCAD license number, and indicate whether this is a local license or a network license.
