The default voltage unit in PSCAD/EMTDC is kV. So the output you see is in kV or kA by default, depending on what you are calculating, when the scale factor is 1.
The voltage setting is in line-line by default, so the peak of the phase voltage is sqrt(2)/sqrt(3) (close to 0.81) times the setting. That's why the value you saw was close to 0.8 times your setting.
