I have solved this problem, I was missing a step on linking the output channel to the graph.
No Plot
Hello,
I started using PSCAD after a long absence, I am using the latest version (Free). I built a basic RL circuit, added the data signal, output channel, and a graph frame + overlay. The simulation runs fine, no errors, however, the waveform does not apper on the graph. The output file has the data generated.
I took and example from the tutorial, it runs fine and plots the graph. However, when I copied the same file, renamed it, the file runs but there is no plot.
I am not sure what I am missing, just wondering, do we need to change anything in the graph frame and how do we connect the output channel and graph?

one observation I made is when the file from example runs, there is an arrow inserted between the signal and the output, output is displayed. The file copied and renamed does not do that. Not sure if that means anything.
