Hi,
I hope I understand your question, correctly.
If you mean you have built a module and you want to add output, you can do so:

I chose the left and top as input and the right port as output (you also have to determine the data/port type).
However, if you are dealing with electrical signals, you can select the electrical option as port type, which will allow you to use currents and voltage as inputs.
