Try to restart lmgrd-hvdc using the Task Manager.

License problem
I am a user of PSCAD v46 and my license type is USB dongle.
Often, while using PSCAD, a phenomenon such as memory overload or error occurs and PSCAD is forced to shut down.
The problem is that when I run PSCAD again, the license is not activated.
Now, I am solving this problem by rebooting the PC, but other programs that are not related to PSCAD also have to be re-run, so work is disrupted.
If only the process or service that manages the license of PSCAD can be restarted, I think this problem can be easily solved.
Can someone help with this issue?
