Automation Library: Is there a way to run to a time, apply a change from Python, then continue to another time?
I am using Python Automation Library v1.2.4 with PSCAD v4.6.3
I have a use case where I would like to: 1) command PSCAD to run to a certain point time 2) pause and return control to Python 3) accept parameter adjustments form Python (via UserCmp.set_parameter function) 4) accept command to continue to another point in time 5) repeat from 2) as desired, or exit.
I can come up with workarounds to get the job done, but I then need a bunch of PSCAD/Python file pairs that make it difficult to examine what was changed. By doing what I described I would be able to set up a single generic PSCAD case and do all my analysis from Python. This would give me the ability to version track what changed a lot more conveniently than with PSCAD/Python file pairs.

Hi Jovan, did you manage to automate PSCAD run using Python? It would be great if you could share your experience here.
