change in frequency with time

I am using a controlled voltage source where the frequency input is variable. I need to change the frequency with time and consider the new frequency as the input. Does anyone know how to do it?

Evan, There are many ways available do this case.
Am just attaching a simple example that will help you to change the frequency in the source w.r.t time.
