Dear Keshavam,
One way to consider remanence flux in a transformer shall be done using controlled DC current sources. The way to implement this type can be found in the PSCAD Application Guide.

Also please note that in the latest PSCAD versions transformer model itself have option to include remenance flux.
This will include the effect of remenant flux in the transformer core.
