Hello,
I had the same issue when I was modeling cables. As far as I'm concerned, this issue arises whenever you want to model the sheath bonding configuration. If you use "Ideal cross-bonding," your model probably works fine. However, if you want to model other kinds of configurations, you may encounter this error. Try using this configuration:

In this model, I wanted to connect just the sending end of the cable sheath to the ground (left side), and see what happens when a fault occurs in the cable.
I should note that there might be some other scenarios in which this error occurs. I just wanted to share my experience with this.
