Thank you but when I log in, I only can download the free version. I received the licensed PSCAD in a CD from my college. I have ever installed it in the old PC but for the new one, there is no cd-rom in the new one then I am stuck now.
I tried the same way you suggested to me this morning several times, but only the evaluation version (free version) is available or I do not know how to upgrade it with the professional license I have.
Do you have other ideas?

It seems your account is not tied to this purchased license. I mean a CD ROM is not a purchase confirmation, you need the user name and the cloud password or the USB protection key. My advice is to contact PSCAD support. and advise them with your license number and the situation or go back to the original lender and check with him/her, you need myupdater software account information.
