how to run pscad simulations multiple times from dos console?

I want to create a script to run multiple simulations and change some parameters of the simulation from the script.

i got PSCAD 4.5 so i cant do it with python i searched a lot and i could not find anything related on how to do it with console command lines.

how could do I do this?

Although Python is prefered, you can use the multi-run compoenent and vary the parameters. Another alternative is to use MATLAB instead of Python. I understand that there are big differences between the two but depending on what your needs are, MATLAB might be a solution. Sorry if these suggestions do not go exactly with your requirement.
