CLR exception - code e0434352 is a Windows error i.e. it is coming from a .dll or .lib internal error (memory allocation??). Are you using a custom .lib file?
how to deal with "terminated with error E0434352"
when I build a current project, it just turned out to be an error. The log shows that “... terminated with error E0434352”， how should i deal with this situation?

Without seeing the case it is difficult to debug. Can you send the case, along with all required external files (libraries, etc) to the PSCAD support team. - Mathias
