Hi, Without knowing what you downloaded, the following is a generic response. Although, it sounds like one of the following two: If the graphics of the battery model is showing as a red highlighted rectangle, then the library (*.pslx) that contains the battery model is not loaded into the workspace. This *.pslx came in the package that you downloaded. Load it into the same workspace.
If the battery model graphics are OK (i.e. the component looks like a battery symbol), then check the linking to the OBJ or LIB are Ok (it is either an OBJ or LIB, but not both). You can review this reference for further information on how to link these files to a PSCAD case. If after doing the above steps and the case from the Knowledge Base still does not run, then contact PSCAD support. Regards, Mathias
