Greetings,
Just like a real synchronous machine, the only difference between generating and motoring opperation is the sign on the torque. So, changing the sign on the mechanical torque input (Tm) to a negative value will similate motoring operation. There is usually an example case called "sync_motor" incuded with PSCAD installations.... You can see how it works there.
