your signal Xa may be defined as a variable. This means, that it can be changed during the simulation. However, the transformer model requires a constant input during the compile process. Constant input means, that a value is directly entered in the transformer model air core reactance. You can also use global variables instead.
For multi-run purpose you can define different transformer models, each with a different air core reactance. Then assign them to different layers and start the multirun using the required layer in each run.
