Hi,
In my understadning, you can not plot the frequency response directly in PSCAD. However, there is a workaround.
1- Find the impedance and admittance matrices of the cable in the desired frequency range. ( Every frequency point will have distinct Z and Y matrices)
2- Us the above data to calculate the characteristic impedance for every frequency point.
3- Now you can plot using any graph making program (MS excel, origin etc)
