how to get multiple run save file?

Good morning,
Now I have muntiple run so I want to save all my graph plot:
1. In project setting, I select "save channels to disk ==> yes" and set the name. (done)
2. In output channel, I select " multiple run save ==> all runs". (done)

After running my file, I my folder that have many file like the below picture.
So, how can I know that is file for each graph, respectively.

Hi there.

You will find inf.text file that shows each signal name and its column

Yes, it is. You must name each signals. The first coulnum is the time
