Visual fortran + visual studio 2017 not working

I installed Community edition of Visual Studio 2017 and remove and again install the Intel Fortran. This time the installation was without any warning and I checked the button in integration. The installation was successful. But when running C_Interface_VF example I got these errors (see attached file). It looks windows SDK libraries are not linked. I am using windows SDK 10. Could you help me?

Hi! The compiler module in the visual studio installer, is not installed as a default.

To use the Intel® Compilers with Microsoft Visual Studio* 2017 you must customize the install and enable additional workloads.

For Intel® C++ and Fortran Compilers for Windows*, it is necessary to install the Desktop development with C++ component from Visual Studio. This component is not installed by default. The Intel® Parallel Studio XE installation will detect the missing component and provide a warning, but the installation can still proceed. The component may be installed when Microsoft Visual Studio 2017* is first installed, or may be installed later.

To install the Desktop development with C++ component:

If Microsoft Visual Studio 2017* is not installed on the system:

During installation under the Workloads view (shown below), select the checkbox to install the Desktop development with C++ component.
To build applications to run on Windows XP*, check the Windows XP support for C++ component in Summary window
Continue with the installation

If Microsoft Visual Studio 2017* is already installed on the system:

Open the Visual Studio Installer (See Windows Start or Windows Desktop)
For the installed version of Microsoft Visual Studio 2017*, select Modify
Under the Workloads view (shown below), select the checkbox to install the Desktop development with C++
To build applications to run on Windows XP*, check the Windows XP support for C++ component in Summary window
Select Modify
Continue with the installation

I see the same thing. the Desktop development with C++ component was installed correctly and it still has the issue. it looks like emtdc.lib is not compatible with the intel compiler.
Hi Yichao, Have you tried to recompile your libraries and using a emtdc.lib compiled to your specific compiler?
Hi MAGSVE, I figured it out. in the resolving PSCAD issues (Nov25,2019 Revision 64) pdf , The item 7.43 explain the root cause and solution. Its item 7.36 actually provides solution. Simply run Fortran medic tool, start , and configure EMTDC for Visual Studio 2015 and later.However, 64bit Intel Fortran compiler cannot work with the same issue.
