1- In transmission line segment, Right Click--> Add tower Cross Section --> Master Library --> Choose Any 6 conductor tower according to your tower geometry.
2- Go to the main page --> Right Click on Transmission Segment --> Number of Conducotrs (6) & Termination Style (Remote Ends)
3- Add two remote ends . Right Click --> Name ( Same as Line Segment) & Number of Eq. Conductors (6) & Graphic Display (3 phase view)
4- Connect three phase versions of your sources and loads to the trasnmssion line terminal.

The conductor geometry has to be consistent for one tower. So, you can not do it directly. However, there is an easy work around.
You can define two towers inside the transmission segment, with appropriate physical displacements according to the given geometry. For separate towers you can specify the conductor geometry as well as number of conductors/ bundle.If both ac circuits are arranged horizontally or vertically, you can choose any three conductor vertical/ horizontal tower cross section.
However, for a more complex phase arrangement, you can define 6 towers inside one transmission segment and define appropriate physical locations for them.
