IGBT settings for PWM

Hi there. Does anybody have a good model of VSC that based on sinusoidal PWM with 4 kHz carrier? I am particularly intersted in IGBT settings. My model is quite simple but still I do not get the expected result. I will appreciate any help. Thanks a lot in advance. Primoz.

Hi there;

You can go to examples library (MachineDrives), and then open dc_machine_drive.

The model is based on VSC

When you Open pscad. try to create a new model file, you will see open example
