Can anyone help me with this error message? I have tried everything and even looked up for solutions on online but I counld not fix the issue.

Port Connections are used to provide graphical access to signals defined within the Circuit canvas where the component instance resides. They provide a means to either read signals from, or output signals to the external system each simulation time step. These ports play an essential part in the construction of circuits in PSCAD, and are the graphical signal communication avenue between models.

I fix the problem, but I am not sure about your system. You are putting AC load at DC side, so your model is so weird!!!!!.

The idea is to compare an AC grid with a DC grid of a chosen neighborhood and identify it cost benefit. So, for one scenario: I will assume the loads are DC. Another: I need to add an inverter at the end of each load. Also: I will add an inver at only one bus, right before the loads. The other scenario is to have a DC source such as PV and we would have a DC distribution.
So, I still need to design an inverter, because of your help, I think I will be able to do it. Thank you so much.

Hello Hasan,

The circuit that you set up, somehow the output voltage is too low. My group and I tried different method to fix this without any success. We even constructed the 6 diodes bridge from scratch. We got very close to the require Vdc value which is the Vac/sqrt(2), but at the same time the harmonic is very high. According to the research, the harmonic should not be more than 5% of the Vdc value. I am sending of what we did so far, but also the original circuit. If you could take a look, I'll appreciate your help.

From the original circuit, If you could make a rectifier in the beginning of the circuit, and put inverters before each load, that would help a lot. This exercise is to calculate the advantages and disadvantages of the DC circuit.
