I want to purchase educational edition...how can i get it?

Hi,
Hi, am using PSCAD free edition......i now want to purchase educational edition...i have emailed to sales@pscad.com several times but no response yet :( Can anyone help me connecting to the relevant/concerned sales person? thanks
