Hello,
On our Knowledge Base we have several examples of PV models. You'll also find the IEEE 14 bus system there. Take a look. For now, I can point you towards the following:
This example is a small distributed generation network, with a PV farm.
This example is a grid connected PV farm.
This example is a webinar (and associated PSCAD files) that talks a bit about solar modeling.
You can take any of these solar models and integrate it with your 14 bus system.
