Assuming you mean the internal signals and not just the input/output, the easist thing is probably to replace the PI controller with individual Proportional and Integral components, like shown in "http://forum.hvdc.ca/2335249/Resetable-PI" and then you can add as many output channels on the intermediate signals as you need.
