I installed "PSCAD Free Evaluation" through mycenter account at hvdc.ca.
Every went well until I run PSCAD and wanted to acquire certificate licencing by entering my username and password. I face the following error:
"Unable to obtain the license certificate. Your system time appears to be incorrect. To resolve this issue ... Please ensure that your system time is correct, and then try again."
This is a weird error, because I checked the system time and it is correct. I even restarted the computer once and tried to acquire the certificate, but, the same error occurs.
I appreciate if you help me fix this error.
