Using more than one Annotation Box seems to be the most convenient workaround.
Adding extra lines to the Annotation Box
The annotation box has two lines, by default. Is there any way to add extra lines to the annotation box (e.g. an annotation box with four lines)?

The annotation box ("master:annotation") has two lines where the user can enter text. I tried to find a way to add a 3rd line of text, and a 4th line etc. Is this possible?

You can simply copy another annotation box below the previous one to write 3rd, 4th... lines.

Thanks. I did consider that "workaround", but I thought there would be a way to add extra lines to a single annotation box.

The only way to have a block with any desired number of lines, would be creating a user defined component. but its not that much important to issue to spend your time on. Good luck
