Unable to get the updater

Unable to get the updater.
I get the following errors.
1. Error 404.
This occurs after clicking the install button on the webpage.
The exact message is
"The updater.pscad,com page isnt working"

2. Even if I am able to get the file from other laptops, i get the following error:
"Application cannot be started. Contact the Vendor"

Kindly help me as soon as possible.
