Hi,
Difficult to help without seeing the case. I assume this is a black-box module. Do you have any control signals on your canvas that are close to the module graphic? I have seen this error when a control signal comes close to the graphic of a black-boxed module. Try giving the module as much space as possible, and make sure you didn't paste it on top of another signal.
Hope this helps,
P.

This error is issued if PSCAD detects a signal of the same name being generated from more than one source. This error is most commonly caused when component instances with defined internal output variables are copied, hence duplicating the internal output variable.

For me I can not figure it out without the model.

Did you try searching the signal name in the Search window on PSCAD ? (Search tab, in the same location as the Build messages)
