I found it. For some reason it was installed in the users/public folder and not in my user folder.
Where are the example files installed?
I installed the free version of PSCAD and when I go the "open examples" menu it only shows the PSCAD install directory and there are no example files. All the turtorials I have found show that menu item opening up a list of example files.
Is it that the free version does not install the example files? Can I get the example files from another source?
