How to obtain an educational license ?

I have the PScad v4.6 free version installed. What is the procedure i need to follow to obtain an educational license

Hi Serena,
I have emailed several times to sales@pscad.com from my official email (sumaid.buic@bahria.edu.pk) but didnot get respnse :( Please quote me the price for educational license? thanks
