Hello,
It does not matter in which order you load libraries and projects. If you load a project that depends on a custom library case, the corresponding components will appear as red boxes. However, as soon as you load the needed library the red boxes should go away and everything is loaded properly.
In the next version of PSCAD (4.6.1) there will be a new feature in which you can rearrange the project tree in your workspace. This way, for cosmetics and organization, if you load a library after a case, you can shuffle them in any order you like.
