Hello,
reactive power is controlled by voltage value at DC side, active power is controlled by value of angle. This princip is analogical to synchronous machine (excitation=reactive power and load angle=real power). You can check link with 3 phase PV (by GeorgeW). I think that PQ control of 1 phase inverter shoult be done analogical.

You can check this single-phase PQ inverter with decoupled P&Q control we developed for our work. The controller was implemented in the DQ reference frame. The PQ inverter model was applied to study load unbalance compensation in autonomous microgrid but can be adapted for other uses as well. I have shared the PSCAD files in the public domain.
