Hello,

Changing your FTPS settings should have resolved this issue:

2015.10.28 15:31:22 FTPS Connection Settings

2015.10.28 15:31:22 Expect100Continue: True

2015.10.28 15:31:22 Timeout: <never> => 60 seconds

2015.10.28 15:31:22 Keep Alive: Disabled => 30 seconds

2015.10.28 15:31:22 Reconnection Retries: 1 => 2

Well, it seems that the solution of repeating 'Change FTP Proxy mode + Try to install or update a product' provided works (but after doing it 6 times!).
