Hello,
you can modify number of ports at subsystem/module this way:

Use right mouse button (click) on subpage/module. Select ,,Edit definition". Than select ,,Graphic" bookmark at the bottom of canvas. Now you can see graphical interpretation of your subpage/module. You can add port by icon ,,Port" (top menu)and connect it to module by ,,Line". Use double left mouse button (click) on port symbol on canvas for edit parameters (connection, type, etc).
