Application download did not suceed. check your network connection, or contact your system administrator or network service provider.
Now, network is connected well.
i don't know what to do this problem.

Hello,

This issue is typically related to trying to install MyUpdater, which is used for installing the Free Edition of PSCAD. Please see if the problem may be resolved per Section 2 of the Update Client - Common Issues manual, posted on the following webpage:

If you are unable to resolve the issue, please send the following to our Support Desk (support@pscad.com):

-Description of the problem, what you are trying to do (install MyUpdater?), a screenshot of the error message, and click on the "Details" button and also include any of this text in your email.

-Follow instructions in Appendix G of the above manual, and send us the generated Fortran Medic log file and ClickOnce Advanced log file.

I downloaded MY UPDATER. But during the installing MY UPDATER, abruptly appear the warning notice "Application download did not succeed. check your network connection, or contact your system administrator or network service provider."
All installing is stopped. Do you understand?

I think the download is not complete or downloaded with broken files which leads to such kinds of messages. can you please tell me which kind of license are you using? My updater is not so much important as i rarely open it. therefore, even if you are not able to install my updater, there is no such issue in running pscad. i hope this helps

error detail is operation has timed out.
Thus I find a solution in a users manual. I installed that same. but the problem is not solved.

Dont worry about my updater if the problem persists....continue working in PSCAD...if you want to download new version of pscad you can download it from here

ParkKyuHoon, are you behind a firewall that is blocking MyUpdater possibly? My corporate firewall blocked it when I tried to use with first toying around with PSCAD.
