I appologise for any frustration you have experienced while using this forum. It is not our intention to ignore the questions being posted here.
The purpose of this Q&A forum was to provide a community for the following:
- for us to post some commonly requested examples or models
- its a place where common questions can be answered by other users and some by staff
- users can meet and help each other with common struggles
- people can search questions to see previously provided answers.
It was not intended as a place to access our customer support. Our main focus for customer support is through our support email and phone. You have used our support email recently so you do know that we do provide very fast responses and we do provide detailed answers to every question at all hours of the day.
That all being said, you have raised a good point that there are many unanswered questions on the forum. We are currently discussing a resolution to this and we hope to have a process in place by next week. We will try to ensure that every question is answered but please remember that this community is a user driven Question and user driven Answer forum.
