How to simulate the resistive fault current limiter?

I want to simulate resistive superconducting fault current limiter with PSCAD/EMTDC software.
i have problem with this simulation.
I search on web and hvdc.ca web site and found a document at https://hvdc.ca/uploads/ck/files/Pulse_April2013.pdf that simulated the superconducting fault current limiter (figure 3) but SCFCL simulation details in a block box.
please help and guide me to simulate the SCFCL or send me pscad simulation file of the figure 3's circute or resistive HTS-FCL.
The resistive superconducting fault current limiter that i wana to simulate it, behave with this equation:
q=(I/2)^24
Rfcl=50*(q/(1+q)+0.02
I is the current and Rfcl is resistance of superconducting fault current limiter.

I want a three phase simulation of HCFCL to use it series by a DFIG.
