Hi there;
The voltmeter is measuring in kV, so if you want to have the value in kV on the graph, you should go to the graph properties and change the scale from 1 to 1000.
The peak value for phase to ground is equal to (VL-L*sqrt(2))/sqrt(3)), so for 10kV (VL-L) which is equal to 8.165kV peak phase to ground.
