"*** No rule to make target 'PROJECTNAME.mak'. Stop. " - Error
Hello everybody.
In two recent PSCAD projects I at some point faced the following error:
- make: *** No rule to make target 'PROJECTNAME.mak'. Stop.
- Unable to generate a simulation executable for namespace 'PROJECTNAME'
- Make failed to generate a simulation executable for namespace 'PROJECTNAME'. Binary file was not found.
No Instance or Component indicated...
It appeared after making minor changes. Again no working minmal example (yet). Any ideas on how to fix that? I tried to remove components to track down the issue, however I ended up having a circuit consisting of two passive components, still not being able to get rid of the error...
Looking for suggestions!

Appears to be an issue with complex folder structures / long paths. Even though I cannot remeber modifying the folder structure before the problem appeared, it seems not to occur anymore after copy&paste of the simulation files to a folder that has a significantly shorter path.
