There are two ways to solve your problem; which are:
1- try to deactivate the interpolate single in each igbts switch, and make sure that the all switching signals from the compartor deactivated.
2- do the opposite way; which is activate every signal

Can your signal 'gt5' and 'gt2' work now? Is there a problem with the logic inverter between gt5 and gt2?
