I want to make sure about:
1- do you use balck box model for the inverter control box?if you do so, then you cannot put a channel in side the black box.
2- if do you put the channel out of the black box I think there is no problem.
3- your question is not clear to me, therefore, it will be good to clarify your question with more information because I did not get your question yet.
If you share the model, I beleive that any one of the contributors tries to participate in your problem solution.
