Dear ehab_issa777,
In PSCAD, functions can be defined by 3 way:
1) By output signal of other copmponents
2) By CSMF blocks
and
3) By MATLAB/Simulink
In the picture you attached, the analog signal is shown. Please note that you can implement function if you have mathematical equation of the function(signal).
