1-is PSCAD is the most suitable program for me ?
In my opinion, PSCAD is the most reliable simulation tool.
2- I saw an example of micro grid here developed by the support team, can I use it with editing in my project ? for ex. add storage component or battery.
I believe that example of micro grid that was provided is to show PSCAD users' how they will use the software and they will develop their own model. therefore, you can edit the model based on your project.
3- If I'm having little information (through the free version ) about the PSCAD , can I learn and build a micro grid model through 2 months -3 period ?
This question is a critical question because it depends upon you, and also using PSCAD is a bit harder compare to Matlab. Be Careful, you must have an educational or a professional version of PSCAD because the free version is limited.
4- how to build the inside component and then link them all to single unit. For example, using solar cell with Buck converter and maximum tracking point method. then it appears as single unit named as : PV generation on the overall microgrid model ?
You should read the manual of PSCAD.
I hope that I helped you. All these answers based on my knowledge
