please, i need detailed information about the internal faults in three phase transformer

how to make internal faults for three phase transformer....
there is same question in this webside,, but about internal fault for one phase transformer
.... if you can give me file example

thank you Mr. Ali,,, but I need coil representation not block representation to do special simulation for internal faults, i see this coil in the older version i think V3, i have picture for this coil but i can't show you here. but you can see this in page 4 http://downloads.hindawi.com/journals/aai/2012/930740.pdf
