I'm trying to move modules created in a case file into libraries for use across cases. I have copied a module definition into a new library file, however, when I "Create Instance" of the new module definition, and then paste it into a case canvas, the pasted object shows as the de-linked definition indicator with a red border.
In the "Link to..." context menu, the definition selected is that from the namespace of my new library, however, it is grayed out. If I attempt to re-link the definition using the "Resource Link..." context menu option, ensuring the namespace and definition names match, I receive the error "Cannot find a matching definition names '<namespace>:<definition>'.
I have tried to individually compile the module definition in the library as well in case the library needed compiling first.
Am I misunderstanding an order of operations to make all the links agree correctly? Are module definitions allowed in libraries?
I am running PSCAD x4 v4.4.0.0.

For reference, I am noting v4.5 added "Inter-Project Module Instances," which may cover what I am trying to do, and since I am running v4.4, this may be my issue.
