Can you please perform the following steps to help us to determine what may be causing this issue, as follows:
Does this folder contain anything important to you? If not, please delete this folder and all of its components:
Go to the following reference manual:

Follow the procedure in Appendix G, and send in the log files as specified in the appendix.
