ARC model of breaker

Hello, I need to model SF6 circuit breaker, but I didn't find the breaker models in PSCAD 4.51. Could you give me an example of the breaker arc models?

Hi,
I am not able to use this model with Intel compiler, could you please provide the model that works with Intel compiler.

Thanks very much for your reply.

The latest model you provided works in PSCAD v4.6 only when I use GFortran compiler. Since I have other user defined models which uses Intel Compiler, could you please provide the arc model which also works with Intel Compiler.

That Arc mode example comes with the object files for GFortran, Compaq, and Intel. You just have to change the link setting.

Make File Error: User library '.\breaker_arc_if12.obj' does not exist.". How to resolve this.

Sounds like you need to link in the object file in the project settings

Hi I am trying to use the breaker_arc_3ph_user from the website but unable to run it.

I am receiving the "make: error" msg. I have linked it to the .o file in project setting.

I am using PSCADv46 with GFortran 4.2.1 compiler.

probably version diff because it was uploaded after v5 of PSCAD
